At Àyànfẹ́, we bridge the gap between our artisan studio in Lagos and our community in the UK. To ensure ethical production and sustainable growth, we fulfill orders from two distinct hubs.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

United Kingdom

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Available on all orders over £200.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under £200, costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and are dispatched from our London studio via Royal Mail.

  • Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to prepare your order.

Nigeria

  • Direct Fulfillment: Orders placed within Africa are dispatched directly from our Lagos studio via GIG Logistics or DHL.

  • Pricing: Costs are determined by weight and location at checkout.

  • A Note on Time: Because we are committed to artisan-paced production, delivery timelines within the continent vary. We ask for your patience and understanding as we build our capacity to serve you more swiftly.

Rest of World  

  • Fulfillment: International orders are dispatched from our London studio and fulfilled by local couriers in the destination country.

  • Customs & Duties: Àyànfẹ́ does not set or collect international import duties or fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local authorities.

  • Protection: In the event of loss or theft, international packages are covered up to a value of £100.

Regional Availability

To manage our capacity and protect the integrity of our craft, our collections are split between our London and Lagos hubs.

  • Automated Selection: You will only be able to purchase items currently stocked in your specific region.

  • Checkout Restrictions: If an item is unavailable for your location, the checkout will prevent the transaction. This ensures we do not ship items across borders unnecessarily, keeping our carbon footprint low and our local stock levels accurate.

Delivery Issues

Àyànfẹ́ is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or stolen in transit once they have left our studios. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly to initiate a claim.
