Returns & Exchanges
We want your Àyànfẹ́ pieces to be part of every adventure. However, if a garment isn't quite right for your child, you can initiate a return via hello@ayanfethelabel.com with Subject Line: RETURN. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of a return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to post the items back to us. We accept unused, unworn, and unwashed items for a full refund. The swing tag should still be attached to the clothing.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair accessories and certain baby gear are ineligible for return once opened. One-of-a-kind items and handmade Àdírẹ pieces are eligible for return unless they were specifically custom-made to your measurements.
Faulty Goods: Our clothes are designed for movement and durability. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please report it via the Returns Portal. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
Refunds & Fees: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.

Store Credit: Selecting store credit is free of charge.

Refund to Original Method: A £7.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the administrative costs of our CIC operations.
- Final Sales items cannot be returned
International Orders: We ship globally to the diaspora and beyond. Please be aware that customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
