Can I send you pictures of my children wearing Àyànfẹ́?

We insist that you do! It truly makes our day to see your kids showing off their pieces. You can tag or DM us!

I want to order something but it’s not available in my region?

We love that you found us. Truly. 🌍

Àyànfẹ́ is currently shipping certain items to selected regions as we grow thoughtfully and sustainably. If you can’t check out from your location just yet, don’t worry. There are a few ways we can make it work:

  • If you’re in Lagos please visit our trusted retail partner Gather House to shop in-store
  • Keep an eye on our Instagram for pop-ups and special drops in different cities. We often bring Àyànfẹ́ to new regions through markets and community events.
  • Message us on WhatsApp to place a custom or assisted order. If we can accommodate shipping to you safely, we absolutely will.
  • Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand to new territories.

We’re a small-batch brand, which means growth happens intentionally, but we’re always listening. If there’s love for Àyànfẹ́ in your city, tell us. We might just come to you next.

I want something custom, do you take special requests?

We only process custom orders over £200 in value and require 6 weeks’ notice. To proceed, please email hello@ayanfethelabel.com with the subject line CUSTOM to begin.

My little one has specific needs or requires adjustments to their clothing. Can you help?

Yes, we can explore that with you. 💛

If your child has sensory sensitivities, mobility needs, medical requirements, or needs a fit adjustment, please send us a message on Instagram.

Include:

  • Your child’s age and size
  • The item you’re interested in
  • The adjustment or requirement needed

We’re a small-batch brand, so we can have thoughtful, individual conversations where possible. Every child deserves to feel comfortable and confident in what they wear.

Can I become a wholesaler?

We are always open to discussing partnerships with those who share our values. Please reach out to hello@ayanfethelabel.com to request our wholesale terms and catalogue.

Orders and Gifting

How long will it take for my order to process before shipping?

We typically take 1 to 3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been handed to the courier.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

If you would like to have your order gift wrapped, please select that option from the cart. If you would like multiple items wrapped separately, you will need to increase the quantity of Gift Wraps in your cart.

Can I cancel an order I already placed?

As long as the order has not been processed, we are happy to make any changes you need. Email us at hello@ayanfethelabel.com as soon as possible with your order number and request.

You will know your order has processed when you receive an email with tracking information. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Shipping and Returns

Where’s my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your inbox and junk folder first.

If your tracking hasn’t updated, your parcel is delayed, or you can’t find your confirmation email, send us a message on IG or Whatsapp with:

  • Your order number
  • The name used at checkout

We’ll look into it straight away and keep you updated.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £200. We ship from our London studio via Royal Mail and from our Lagos studio for orders within Africa. Please see our full Shipping Page for details on regional availability.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 14 days. Please note that a £7.00 restocking fee is deducted from refunds to the original payment method, while store credit remains free of charge.

What is your stylist pull policy?

Please email hello@ayanfethelabel.com to arrange a stylist pull and request our catalogue and policy.

Kindly note that if an order was not purchased under the stylist pull policy, but is suspected to be one, we may reject the return.
